Marina CA senior Christopher Plascencia won the Division 4 boys title at the CIF Central Coast Section Championships at Toro Park in Salinas, Calif. Plascencia, who improved from ninth place last year, covered the 3-mile course in 16:14.7 to help his team place fifth overall with 135 points.
